IT Manager

We’re looking for an IT Manager

KSM is seeking for an IT Manager with strong AWS cloud orientation, responsible for the full management, operation, and development of the organization’s cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the organization’s AWS environment
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, NACLs, VPC Endpoints, IAM, S3, EBS, backups)
• Responsibility for cloud networking and infrastructure security
• Lead a small IT team (2–4 team members)
• Work closely with researchers, internal users, and customers
• Troubleshooting, performance optimization, and process improvement
• Work with vendors and external partners
• Documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement

Mandatory Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT with strong focus on AWS
• Proven hands-on experience with AWS
• Deep understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, VPN)
• At least 2 years of experience managing an IT team
• Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Native-level Hebrew – mandatory
• Very good English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory
