BI Systems Analyst

We’re looking for a BI Systems Analyst with a Focus on genetic data analysis

KSM is seeking a talented and experienced BI systems analyst for the analysis and characterization of genetic data. The suitable candidate will be responsible for the extraction, analysis, and characterization of genetic data using advanced tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the existing data in the organization and identification of relevant information for the genetic project.
• Analysis and characterization of genetic data using advanced tools and algorithms.
• Characterization of the data structure and development of a suitable lexicon for genetic data.
• Creation of reports and documentation of the analysis and characterization processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, Statistics, Biology, or a related field – mandatory.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field – an advantage.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Proven experience with BI tools.
• In-depth knowledge of databases and data structures, including SQL.
• Experience in setting up advanced BI systems and a deep understanding of information architecture – an advantage.
• Experience working in a cloud environment – an advantage.
• Familiarity with tools for genetic data analysis and similar – a significant advantage.
• Experience working with data and statistical analysis – an advantage.
• Experience working with Python – an advantage.
• Project management skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• Professional and clear analysis and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate and work with international teams.
• High-level English proficiency.
